Solar Energy Installation Technician.

We specialize in the supply, installation, and maintenance of solar panels, solar water heating systems, batteries, inverters, and off-grid/hybrid systems for homes, businesses, and institutions. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Energy Installation Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and maintain solar PV systems (both off-grid and hybrid).
• Install and maintain solar water heating systems.
• Conduct site assessments and system sizing based on energy needs.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot system faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience in solar energy installation.
• Proven knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and solar water heating technologies.
• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• EPRA T3 certification (or working towards it) will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driving license is an added advantage.
